Return and Refund Policy

At ONSITE.PK, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair process for handling returns and refunds. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

– Products that are defective at the time of delivery.

– Products that are incorrectly shipped (wrong item sent by mistake).

– Products explicitly marked as eligible for refunds at the time of purchase.

Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:

– Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

– Software licenses, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.

– Warranty-related issues; customers must contact the vendor’s authorized warranty center for claims.

 

  1. Return Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact our support team within TWO days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) and images of the defective product.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories.
  4. Once received, our team will inspect the product and process the refund if eligible.

 

  1. Installation Responsibility

– Customers are solely responsible for the installation of hardware and software.

– Any issues arising from incorrect installation will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

 

  1. Refund Processing

– Once approved, refunds will be processed within FIVE via the original payment method.

– Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

– If the product is found ineligible after inspection, no refund will be issued.
